About Thirdwave RX

Scott Taylor is the Chief Operating Officer of Thirdwave RX. Scott is an investor and entrepreneur and has also worked to build and grow a number of other healthcare-related businesses, including co-founding a portable diagnostic company serving the post-acute market, and operating and investing in a pharmacy benefit management business. Prior to his involvement in the healthcare industry, Scott was an accomplished executive in the financial services industry. He holds an AB degree in economics from Harvard University.

Joseph Zavalishin is the Chief Financial Officer at Thirdwave RX. With 25+ years of experience in the field of healthcare, Joe spent the majority of his career focusing on product strategy, finance and pricing, and the contractual relationships between healthcare companies and patients. Joe has led expansive teams responsible for handling billions of dollars in annual corporate revenue. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Rammy Joudeh is the Chief Technology Officer at Thirdwave RX. He is a 20+ year technology professional with expertise in systems and software development, operations planning, product design, and executive management. Rammy designs the Thirdwave IP roadmap, leads the development team, and works closely with customers and partners. He has helped startups to multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 companies build and manage products and architecture, resulting in over 200 assigned patents. He has also successfully led and managed the launch of multiple products for worldwide distribution. In 2015 he founded Legendari Technologies, a Venture Technology firm that focuses on creating technology platforms, bringing innovation, intelligence, and deep industry experience together with leading technologies to help clients reinvent their businesses as intelligent enterprises that can innovate at scale. Rammy is also involved in various regional business and industry groups, serving as a Board member for a Hedge Fund Technology Group, which represents over 175 financial firms with $1.6 trillion under management.

Paula Agoglia is the Senior Vice President of Client Success at Thirdwave RX. She is a licensed registered pharmacist with over 20 years of experience in the long-term care (LTC) industry providing exceptional customer service, pharmacy cost containment, and regulatory updates. Paula helps LTC institutions with their medication processes in order to help clients manage their spend and provide excellent quality care. Through her years of experience in the LTC industry, she has been involved in many aspects of pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, formulary management, prior authorization processes, medication purchasing, and client services. She is a graduate of St. John’s University with a BS degree in Pharmacy.

Ryan Rollo is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Thirdwave RX. Ryan is an accomplished operations professional with over 15 years of experience developing high-performing sales and business development departments with organizations in healthcare, e-commerce, and professional services. Ryan drives large-scale operations improvements and optimizations at Thirdwave that help us deliver stronger technology and advisory services to our customers. Ryan holds an MBA from UNLV Lee Business School and a BS from Bates College.

Melissa Pappas is Vice President of Client Operations at Thirdwave RX. She has over 20 years of experience in post-acute healthcare as a leader in client services and business development. Under her guidance, organizations have seen strong marketing efforts, streamlined product training, and new client processes that align stakeholders and improve outcomes. At Thirdwave, Melissa develops initiatives that seamlessly help our customers maximize the capabilities of our technology and expertise. Melissa is a Certified Nutritional Coach and holds an MBA from Metropolitan College of New York.

Chris Ragan, PharmD, is VP of Formulary and Clinical Programs. Chris has over 10 years of experience developing formulary coverage strategies at leading healthcare organizations. At Humana, he created and managed pharmacy and medical drug rebate contracts for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, working with clinical and business professionals to drive quality outcomes. Chris graduated from Purdue University with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
